Paperworks

As a Physical Therapy student back then, we were required to document and compile our learning into a portfolio, and this is one of those days where I sat through the whole day to finish what I need to do. I remember that me and my classmates were busy polishing all the details needed for this paperwork, not to mention the mounting patient details needed.
